Munisha is a postdoc working on why deficiency for the MCM replication proteins causes gender bias (preferential female lethality) during development. She has found that replication stress caused by MCM deficiencies impact placenta development. Munisha won a prestigious Druckenmiller fellowship from the New York Stem Cell foundation in 2022.
